Kachche Kele ki sabji | Kele Ki Lazvab Subji

Raw banana to make kela wafer, sabji and other recipe. But today I prepare Kache Kele ki Sabji. Kache Kele ki Sabzi is very tasty dish. This is a super recipe passed down to me by my sister. The slight sweetness of raw bananas mingling with the zest of lemon and red chillies. This sabji very easy to made. This one’s a delight for your taste buds. Kele ki sabzi is a popular vrat recipe. You can eat for your fast. So let’s see start how to make Raw Banana Sabji.


  • 4  Bananas (Kele)
  • 1/2 tsp Green chillies, chooped (Hari mirch)
  •  1/2 tsp Cumin seeds, (Jeera)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice, (Nimbu ka ras)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi powder)
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder)
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves (Hara dhania)
  • Pinch of Asafetida (Hing)
  • Salt to taste,
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil


Wash the bananas and clean with cloth. Peel off the bananas and cut them in rounds along. Heat oil in pan. Add the cumin seeds, when the seeds start to crackle, add asafetida, add the bananas and cook for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, salt, green chillies, red chilli powder, and mix well and cook to the low heat. Bananas until properly cook. Let it cook covered should press easily with the of a spoon. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Remove the flame. Add coriander leaves and again mix very carefully. So prepare your kache kele ki subji. Serve to hot sabji with paratha or chapatti.
