Aam ke Papad | Mango Papad | How to make Aam Papad At home

Aam Papad in your childhood memories, if you prepare it at home and eat then it will surely taste better than the ones you had when you where small. Aam papad available in the market, but better then make in a home. Aam papad like to kids. You might have eaten the tasty & delicious aam papad. Aam Papad very easy to make at home. Mango Papad can be made from any type of mango. Sweet and some spicy in taste mango papad. It is very delicious to eat. Mango Papad is a mouth-watering recipe. So come to start make aam ke papad.


250 gms mangoes (Aam)

2 tbsp sugar (Chini)

½ tsp cardamom powder (Elaichi)

Ghee for greasing


Wash the mangoes. Peel and cut out manages into pieces. Now take mango pieces in a blender. Add sugar, cardamom powder and make a fine paste. Heat a pan, pour the mango pulp and cook on low heat stirring constantly. Heat it till it comes to a boil. Grease a plate with ghee and pour the heated mango paste to form a thin layer. Now keep it in sunlight for 1-2 days.  When the top is dried, turn and dry some more till no moisture is left. With the help of a knife cut into squares or your choice shape. Your tasty Aam Papad is ready to store in airtight container.
