- 1 cup, Dried Figs (Anjeer)
- 1 cup Dates (Khajur)
- 10-12 Cashew nuts (Kaju)
- 1 sheet Silver warq (Chandi ka warq)
- 8 t0 10 Almonds (Badam)
- ¼ cup, Ghee
Soak the Figs in water for 2 hours. Remove the seeds in the dates. Soak the Dates in hot water 15-20 minutes. Now take it in blender and the soaked figs and dates make it into a fine puree. Now Almond, Cashew make a fine powder. Heat ghee in a pan, add Figs and Dates puree. Stir well and cook on medium heat. Stirring continuously, cook until excess moisture dries up. Now add in almond and cashew powder and mix well. The mixture will begin to leave the sides of the pan, transfer that to a grease tray and smooth the top with spoon. Cover with silver warq, so prepare you Anjeer and Dates Katli. When cool the mixture cut into you like a shape and serve it.
