Today we make Apple Custard. This is a dessert. Apple Custard is very healthy dessert. This dessert is one of the best any custard. This is delicious and easy dessert to make. You can make this dessert any small party or any occasion. You can prepare in advance custard sauce. You can add any other fruits. So learn how to make Apple Custard (custard recipe) at home.

Ingredients For The Homemade Custard :-

  • 2 ½  tbsp Vanilla flavored Custard Powder
  • 450 ml Milk
  • 1 big Apple
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Sugar
  • Dry Fruits


Wash and cut the apple in small pieces. (You can use any fruit for your choice and seasonal.) Keep a side. Now chopped the dry fruits and put in a bowl, keep a side. Heat a pan, in the pan boil milk. Cook milk for medium heat until the milk reduces become thick consistency. Combine the custard powder along with ½ cup of warm milk in a bowl and mix well. Add the custard powder mixture in boil milk and cook on a medium flam for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously. Stir continue and avoid the lumps. Add the sugar and chopped dry fruit in the warm milk and stir it. When the custard sauce is slightly thick and becomes smooth, remove the flame and cool in room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Put in apple pieces. Now apple custard (custard recipe) is keep in refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve in serving bowl and garnish with dry fruits.
