Kesar rabri is a rich creamy and flavorful dessert. The rabadi make in use the condensed milk quickly make a rabri. Rabdi is made on any occasion and festival. This recipe is all peoples love too.
- 2 cups Milk
- ¼ cup Condensed milk
- ½ cup Panner grated
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
- Few Saffron strands
Soak the saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk for half hour. Simmer the milk on a low flame, stirring continuously. Add condensed milk and stir well. Add sugar, cardamom powder. Now finally add the saffron-milk to it. Let it cool down completely, garnish with dry fruits and keep in the fridge for 1-2 hours. So prepare your Kesar rabri to serve it chilled.
