Gulab jamun is already making with mawa, but when mawa is not available then you can make gulab jamun with milk powder. It is so easy to make. Milk powder gulab Jamun is taste in just divine. Gulab jamun is soaked in the sugar syrup and gets so soft. Gulab jamun like super cute and tasty ones for any occasions. You can add any nuts. Hope you will try out and nuts. - ½ cup Milk Powder
- 1½ Tbsp All Purpose Flour (maida)
- Pinch of Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp Milk (Doodh)
- Pinch of Salt
- ½ Tbsp Curd (Dahi)
- 1 Tbsp pistachio (Pista)
- Ghee for deep frying
- 2 cup Sugar (Chini)
- 1 cup Water (Pani)
- 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)
Take a bowl, put in all purpose flour, milk powder, salt, baking soda and sieve 2 times. Now add curd and mix well. Add milk and knead it to soft sticky dough. You can add more milk as required. Keep a side the dough for 8 to 10 Minutes.
To Make Sugar Syrup…
Heat a pan, add water and sugar. Boil to 1 thread consistency. Add cardamom Powder, and switch off the guess.
Make small ball into equal size. Flatten the balls and place a portion the pistachio in the middle. Seal the ball. Remember the balls should be very smooth without any cracks. Heat ghee in a kadhai. The ghee should be on low, when you drop a jamun ball in, the ball should first sink to the bottom then slowly rise to the top. Now prepare the balls deep fry in ghee medium flame until golden. Remove and immerse immediately in the sugar syrup. Same way prepare all gulab jamun. So looks prepare your Milk powder gulab Jamun. Transfer to a serving bowl and be enjoyed both hot as well cold.
