500 gms Indian Gooseberries (Amla)
1 tsp Black salt (Sanchal Namak)
1 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
3 to 4 Mint Leaves (Pudina)
180 gms Sugar (Chini).
Boil the water and add the Amalas. Cook until they become soft. Cool to room temperature and remove the seeds. Put amla in a blender jar with Water and Sugar and blend into a smooth liquid. Transfer to a bowl. Now add Salt and Cumin powder and mix well. In serving glass pour little amla juice and water. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
Note: The Amla Juice is stored in/for a long time.
Mix Amla juice with honey to increase immunity.
