Gulab Sharbat | Rose Sharbat Recipe | Garmi Me Piye Thanda Rose Juice

Gulab Sharbat is interesting and very delicious recipe to get relief from hot summer. In this extreme season of heat, a glass of gulab sharbat can be help cool down your body and mind. This sharbat is my kid loves it. Wild rose flowers are considered better to prepare Rose sharbat. Gulab sharbat is a beautiful blend of Rose petals, lemon juice, sugar, rose water, cardamom powder. This Drink is very delicious.  So learn how to make Gulab Sharbat or Rose Sharbat at home.


  • 30 to 35 Rose Petals (Gulab)
  •  1 ½  cup Rose Water
  •  1 tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice Nimbu ka ras)


Firstly, Wash and clean the Rose petals 2 to 3 times with water. Drain and place the petals on a clean cloth. In grinder put rose petals. Grind and make smooth paste. Boil the sugar, clean froth of sugar well. Add the rose petal paste in boil sugar syrup. Cook till syrup is sticky but does not form thread. Remove the flame. Add Rose water, Lemon juice, Cardamom powder in sugar syrup. Concentrated rose sharbat is ready. Now pour this sharbat in a glass bottle and store it in the fridge. Whenever you wish to drink this sharbat, just take a glass and put Rose Sharbat and water into. Add ice cubes and mix well.
