Mangoes are a favorite of many people. Till date, I have not found anyone who does not like mangoes. This mango lassi uses canned mango to create a smoothes, stastier drink. A refreshing drink made with Mango, Yogurt, Cream, Cardamom powde. Mango lassi is sweet and rich mango lassi is looks to so good. Mango lassi is very popular drink which is available in all drink / Juice Shop. I always order one when out drink / Juice shop. There really quite easy to make. I wanted the lassi to be thick as this is how we prefer. A part from mango lassi, I also make, Aam Panna, Indian Butter milk, Shikanji, often. because they all are cooling in nature and is best for summer, summer are the hottest and many summer drinks and coolers are made here to quench the thirst and also to cool the body. My all time favorite way of having mangoes is mango lassi. Mango Lassi is any easy recipe which I thoroughly enjoy during the mango season. - 3 Big Ripe mangoes (Aam)
- 5 tbsp Sugar (Chini)
- 2 cups Fresh Curd / Yogurt (Dahi)
- Pinch of Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)
- Pinch of Saffron (Kesar)
- 2 tbsp Cream
- Ice cubs
Firstly, wash and peel the mangoes, chopped them. Put mango pieces into a blends and blend till smooth puree. Now add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, cream and yogurt. Blend for some time till the everything is mixed all ingredients and the yogurt has become smooth. So prepare your mango lassi, serve in serving glass. Add ice cubes.
- If you want a slightly thin consistency, then add some milk into mango lassi while blending.
