I share with you Sprout Moong Salad recipe. Sprout Moong Salad very healthy recipe. Sprout Moong Salad made in Cabbage, Tomato, Onion, Chat masala, Sprout Moong, Lemon Juice and any other ingredient. This is a refreshing salad, which can even be enjoyed as a midday snack. When you don’t feel like eating anything spicy or oily but want something tangy, tasty and sumptuous. This is excellent recipe for the summers. This salad is very easy to make. My brother like to this salad. This salad is very tasty and very healthy. Although you can get ready made Sprouted Moong beans from market but it is always better and healthy to Sprout Moong at home. This is the only Salad, which we have for Breakfast. So come start made Sprout Moong Salad.
- 2 cups Sprouted Moong
- ½ cup Chopped Tomato (Barik kate Tamatar)
- ½ cup Chopped, Onion (Barik kate Onion)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (Nimbu ka ras)
- ½ tsp Chat Masala
- Black Salt to taste
- Red Chilli powder to taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- ½ cup Chopped Cabbage
Firstly, The Moong Sprouts rinse them in water. Heat pan and boil them till the sprouts are completely cooked. You can even keep it half cooked if you want a crunchy taste. Drain Sprouts Moong. Add chopped Onion, chopped Cabbage, chopped Tomato, Lemon Juice, Chat masala, Salt, Chilli powder and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy this healthy Salad.
- If you want child Salad so keep in refrigerator for half hour.
- If you want Sweet Salad then add Fruits of your choice.
