Water Melon Juice | Water Melon Drink Recipe | Summer Drink

I share with you Water Melon Juice. This is a healthy juice. Water melon is a thirst and heat reducer. Water melon is seasonal fruit. You can use the drink for fasting. I usually have water melons chopped with a sprinkle of chaat masala. (The only cumbersome part of making the water melon juice is removing the seeds but I still managed these quickly as the water melon had very less seeds. Thank god for small mercies). Water melon juice a cooling drink recipe. So learn how to make Water Melon Juice.

Ingredients:-

  • 1 Medium size Water melon (Tarbuj)
  • ½ tsp Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • 1 tbsp Milk Powder
  • 3-4 tbsp Sugar (Chini)
  • Ice Cubes

Method: –

Chop the Water Melon into small pieces and remove the seeds. Add water melon peaces in a blender and blend well. Add Sugar, Milk powder and again blend it. Transfer to a bowl. So prepare your water melon juice.  Transfer to a serving glass, add ice cubes and sprinkle little chaat masala and black salt. In summer enjoying cool cool water melon juice.
