Today we make Uraddal  ke ladoo. Uraddal  ke ladoo is a very popular sweet prepared duing winter seasons. This ladoos store in air tight container and ask us to eat daily one as it has a whole lot of nutrition. It is very healthy dessert or snack. My mother’s make this ladoo, very very tasty. Urad dal ke ladoo make in urad dal, ghee, cashew, raisins, pistachios, almond, jaggery, gond, etc. Uraddal ladoo store in air tight container and one ladoo  eat daily. Urad dal ladoo recipe is very easy. I like this ladoo. So let’s see how to make Uraddal  ke ladoo.

Ingredient :-

  • 750 gm Black gram (Urad dal)
  • 45o gm Jaggery  (Gud)
  • 250 gm Almond (Badam)
  • 150 gm Cashew Nuts (Kaju)
  •  2 tbsp Raisins (Kismis)
  • 2 tbsp Pistachios (Pista)
  • 400 gm Ghee
  • 75 gm Gond

Method :-

Firstly, clean the urad dal. Separate grind the urad dal, almond and cashew nuts and make fine powder. The pistachios, raisins cut in to small pieces. Heat ghee in pan, when ghee is hot put in gond and fry it. Remove the fry gond and keep a side. Again, heat ghee in a heavy bottom kadhai. Add the jaggery and cook on low flame until they are melting. Jaggery as melt then add the uraddal and powder and mix well. The uraddal powder cook for until it turns light brown in color. So look nice smale. Now add almond powder, cashew powder, pistachios, raisins and mix well. Now put fry gond and mix properly and stirring continuously. Remove the flame and keep a side for 5 to 7 minutes. Take a small portion of mixture in your hands and press it with both hands to give it a round shape.  Same ways prepare all ladoos. Allow the mixture to become warm. Keep uraddal ladoos in open air 2 to 3 hours. So prepare your uraddal ke ladoo.Uraddal ladoo store in air tight container long time. Enjoy this ladoo in winter. Eat daily one healthy ladoo .
