I share with you Mooli paratha. This paratha is so delicious to taste. We have made after methi parathas. Mooli paratha is another favorite paratha recipe from the land of Punjab. You called to radish parathas. Mooli paratha are usually served as breakfast in Punjabi homes. Mooli parathas cook similarly today. You can also put them in the children’s lunch box. Children who not eat radish vegetable can feed them like this is making parathas. I like this paratha. I eat with curd this parathas. You can eat with any pickle, curd or subji. Radish sabji also tasty to eat. So let’s me start to Mooli ke Parathe.
- 750 gm Radish (Mooli)
- ¼ cup Maize flour (Makki ka aata)
- 2 cups Wheat flour (Aata)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 2 tsp Red chili powder (Lal mirch powder)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi powder)
- 1 ½ tbsp Green chili paste (Hari mirch paste)
- 1 ½ tsp Garlic paste (Lahsun paste)
- ¼ cup Butter
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
Firstly, wash the radish. Grated the radish. Take a bowl, Bowl in 2 cups wheat flour. In that ¼ cup maize flour and mix well it. Now add grated radish, oil, salt, green chili paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and mix well. Take knead soft dough with water. Now wrap it in cloth and keep a side for 8 to 10 minutes.Spread a little oil or ghee over the dough by hand. Now prepare by making small circular dough. Now wrap the dough in dry flour to make parathas take medium size. Heat a tava, and paratha put on the hot tava. Turn the Paratha should be golden and cooked on medium heat until golden on both sides. Same ways prepare all parathas. Prepare your mooli ke parathe.
