  •  1 tbsp red Chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
  •  1 tsp green Chilli paste (hari mirch paste)
  •  ½ tsp Garam masala powder
  •  ½ tsp Cumin powder (jeera powder)
  •  Salt to taste (namak)

Wash and boil the potatoes. The boil potatoes peel and mash them. Add the green chilli paste, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and mix well. So prepare stuffing mixture. Keep a side.

How to process:

Make small to medium rolls of the filling depending on the size of the bread and how many you are going to use. Take a slice of bread and dip it in water. Just let the bread absorb the water. It should get damp but not overly otherwise the bread slice breaks. Squeeze the water from the bread (press the bread very careful between your plans so that the excess water is drained). Place the filling in the center of the bread. Roll the bread very carefully and close the edges so as to get an even outers cover. Same ways prepare all bread rolls and keep a side. Heat oil in a kadai. When the oil becomes hot, then deep fry the bread rolls till they become crisp and golden in color. Drain the bread rolls on tissues to absorb extra oil. So prepare your crispy bread roll. Serve with tomato sauce, chutney, or your choice.
