Ingredients:-

  •  1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 2 ½ Cups Buttermilk (Chaach)
  • Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
  • ½ tsp Green Chili Paste (Hari Mirch Paste)
  • ½ tsp Ginger Paste (Adrak Paste)
  • ½ tsp Coriander Leaves (Hara dhania)
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds (Sarson/Rai)
  • ½ tsp Sesame Seeds (Til)
  • 1 tsp Oil (Tel)
  • Salt to Taste

 Method:-

Take the Buttermilk in a Bowl. Add Ginger Paste, Chilli Paste, Turmeric Powder, Salt and mix well. Add Gram Flour and mix with a Wired Whisk, Stirring and mix till all The Lumps are Dissolved and Make a Smooth Batter. So Prepare your Khandvi Batter. Heat a Pan, Pour The Batter in Hot Pan, Cook on The Low Flame. Stirring to Continuously. Cook Until Then it of The Unless These is not Thick, When the Thickness take Remove The Flame. Now take a Large Plate, You Can also use The back side. Spread Little Oil on Plate. Transfer a Large Spoonful of Batter over Previously Greased Plate. Spread Batter in Thin Layer with The help of back of flat Spoon. Then Spread Hot Mixture. Otherwise, This is not Good Spread it. Let it Cool for 2 to 4 Minutes.
