This manchurian make fresh paneer. I already share with you gobi manchurian, baby corn manchurian, veg manchurian recipes. This manchurian is so yummy. It is taste in sweet and little tangy. This is dry manchurian. You can make gravy manchurian. It’s taste so delicious. So try this recipe. So let me and see how to make paneer manchurian at home?
- 200 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 Tsp Sugar (Chini)
- 2½ Tbsp Oil (Tel)
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder (Kali mirch powder)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (Lal mirch powder)
- Salt to taste (Namak)
Firstly cut the paneer in cubes. Take a bowl. The paneer cubes put in the bowl. Add black pepper powder well. Mix all spices and coated the paneer cubes, to it. Now heat oil in a pan. When oil is heat put in the paneer cubes and shallow fry it. Cook the paneer cubes on medium flame until they are becomes in light golden in colour. Remove the flame and the paneer cubes transfer to a paper napkin and drain extra oil. In the same pan in which the paneer cubes were pan fried. Add all veg fry it. (You can add little sugar with Corn Starch). The sauce has thickened, add the fried paneer cubes. Stir again with spoon well so that the parepare sauce coats the all fried paneer cubes. Add vinegar. So prepare your paneer manchurian. Transfer to a serving plate with rice.
