I share with you vegetable chila recipe. Vegetable cheela is so healthy cheela. This is a yummy. Vegetable cheela is a heavy breakfast. This is a great travelling food and great snack with cup of tea. There are many versions of many cheela. Today i make vegetable cheela you can make besan cheela, tomato cheela, corn cheela, methi cheela, paneer cheela, cheese cheela. I am make this cheela in a weak, because I love it. If cooked on high flame then quickly becomes black in color or very fast burn. Vegetable cheela is make in gram flour, semolina, onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, coriander powder, green chilli, cabbage, coriander leaves, carom seeds, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. You can add more vegetable. Cheela is eat with green chutney, tomato sauce. So let us see start how to make vegetable cheela at home.

Ingredients :-

  • 2 ½  cups Gram Flour (Besan)
  •  2 tbsp Semolina (Suji)
  •  1/4 cup chopped, Onion (Pyaz)
  •  1/4 cup chopped, Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 2 tbsp chopped, Carrot (Gajar)
  • 1 tbsp chopped, Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania)
  • 2 tbsp chopped, Capsicum (Simala Mirch)
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped, Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 ½  tbsp Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Poawder)
  •  1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)
  •  1 tbsp Black Paper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder)
  •  1 tbsp Carom Seeds (Ajawain)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
  • Salt to taste (Namak)
  • Oil as required

Method :-

Take a bowl. Put in gram flour, semolina, onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage, coriander leaves, carrot, coriander powder, green chilli, carom seeds, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Now add little by little water and make smooth cheela batter and keep a side for 10 minutes. Heat a non stick griddle and pour little batter on the griddle and spread it. Sprinkle little oil on the cheela and cook on medium flame until golden in color. Now turn it and cook other side until they are come brown in cooler and make crispy. Same ways prepare all chelas. So look your vegetable cheelas are ready. Eat hot cheelas with green chutney or tomato sauce.
